SONEXcurtain Enclosure System can be made from any combination of SONEX curtain products to produce an effective and economical method of noise reduction for a wide variety of industrial applications.

SONEX FIBER-FREE Curtains are made with a durable quilted vinyl facing giving them resistance to heavy abrasions, oils and moisture. SONEX Curtains are an excellent choice for use around dirty, noisy machines. Choose from three styles to provide sound absorption only or absorption-barrier performance to suit your specific needs.

SONEXcurtain BS™ (BARRIER SEPTUM) panels combine soundabsorbing and noise barrier properties into one product. An effective “sandwich” of layers, SONEXcurtain BS consists of quilted vinyl-faced layers of FIBER-FREE™ willtec® bonded to both sides of noise barrier material producing a curtain that both contains and absorbs noise. SONEXcurtain BS panels are easily installed and can be formed into any configuration for customized acoustical enclosures or noise barrier walls. Flexible barrier septum, high transmission loss (STC) ratings, impressive sound absorption (NRC) ratings, customized configurations and tough, durable, washable facings make SONEXcurtain BS an excellent choice for effective noise control on any size project.

SONEXcurtains BB™ (BARRIER BACKED) panels are a composite that features sound absorptive FIBER-FREE™ willtec® quilted with a vinyl facing on one side, bonded to a reinforced noise barrier material on the other. This product provides both excellent sound transmission loss and sound absorption performance. SONEXcurtain BB can be used as barriers, independent walls and partitions, or portable acoustical screens to isolate noisy machines or areas. The combination of barrier and willtec in SONEXcurtain BB contains and absorbs noise in almost any manufacturing environment where durability and dependability are required.

SONEXcurtain QA™ (QUILTED ABSORBER) combines the acoustical features of the FIBER-FREE™ willtec® material with the advantages of durable facings, cleanability and abrasion resistance — plus the ability to construct acoustical curtain systems. Other advantages include a wide range of temperature limits, and that the material is unaffected by humidity, dust, dirt, oils, and most chemicals. SONEXcurtain QA can be custom constructed with grommets and/or hook & loop fasteners, and can be constructed as panels, baffles, roll goods, or parts of an enclosure system. Suitable for a wide range of environments, SONEXcurtain QA panels and baffles can be used to treat manufacturing facilities, rooms, high traffic areas, existing enclosures or original equipment.
